At HOUSE GIFTS, we want you to cherish our products as much as we do, which is why we guarantee the quality of our products and the whole manufacturing process. We have a low return rate and are proud of the high-quality items we provide.
Important Notes:
Since the delivery procedure was finished, our policy was in effect for 72 hours. After 72 hours, the order will be considered as being accepted by the client and no replacement, exchange, or refund will be possible.
Whatever the case may be, regardless of occurrences beyond our control and without our fault or carelessness. If such force majeure terms create a delay in delivery, we CANNOT give a refund. Please allow for product delivery within a reasonable time frame, taking into account the circumstances.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
What is my cancel order time limit?
It takes about an hour to prepare your order for production, so if you want to cancel your order, please cancel within 6 hours from the time you place your order. After 6 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel your order anymore.
What if I just change my mind and want to exchange my product ?
A complete refund is only available for orders of equal or higher value. If you make a new purchase, our system will immediately cancel and reimburse all previous transactions.
WHAT ARE THE CASES WHERE MY RETURN & REFUND REQUEST IS APPLICABLE ?
- The product is faulty, broken, or otherwise unusable when it arrives.
- The style, size, or material of the product differs from what you purchased.
- The grammatical mistake
- The printing area bleeds off important elements of the picture or artwork.
- The artwork/photograph is blurred or has an insufficient resolution
- Low contrast is seen in the artwork/photography.
- Gradients and dramatic variations in color opacity may be found in the artwork/photography.
Please note that:
- To be eligible for a reimbursement or replacement, issues must be notified within 72 hours of the delivery date.
- You must notify us prior to your return. Otherwise, we are not liable for any requests that are ineligible, return shipping fees, or refunds.
- In our email answer to your request, the HOUSE GIFTS Support Team must confirm that your request is applicable.
- You want a refund/return because you changed your mind - We print on demand, therefore returns with that query are not possible.
- Only goods that were sent by us will be accepted for return.
- In the event of a force majeure incident, the HOUSE GIFTS return policy will not apply.
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO HOUSE GIFTS BECAUSE AN INVALID ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED
For invalid address entries, we do not give replacements, refunds, or credits.
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO HOUSE GIFTS BUT THE ADDRESS WAS VALID AND CORRECT
We will be happy to replace and reship the order that was returned to its sender.
MAY I MAKE A REFUND & RETURN REQUEST WITHOUT CONTACTING YOU OR GETTING AN RMA?
NO. Before submitting your return, you must first Contact Us.
Please note that we cannot accept returns at our warehouse location, therefore reimbursements for items returned without first notifying us will be rejected.
HOW DO I CLAIM A REFUND?
To request a refund for one of the items listed above, please email us at Support@housegifts.store within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. Our policy is valid for 72 hours from the time of arrival. If 72 hours have passed after you got the item, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
It's crucial to contact us first since we may not require you to return the damaged item in order to obtain a replacement. Before submitting your return, please contact us.

You do not contact us prior to returning your goods to have your refund request examined and authorized by our team. The following requirements must be met by any returned item(s):
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily
- The item(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.
WHERE DO I RETURN ITEM(S) IF MY RETURN REQUEST IS APPLICABLE?

We recommend that you include a tracking number with your return because we cannot be held liable for missing packages.
Also, please write “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise your shipment will be returned to you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?
NO. If the HOUSE GIFTS Support Team confirms that your Return & Refund Request is valid, we are responsible for the return shipping price. You are not required to pay any additional fees.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
It may take up to 14 working days for us to process your return once we receive it. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A complete refund will be issued after the returned products reach at our warehouse; thus, please provide us the tracking number from the carrier you selected via our support email address Support@housegifts.store
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. If you purchased with a credit card, your refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 10-15 business days of receiving the returned item or canceling your transaction. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when the credit will be issued to your account.
WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND?
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take a while to show up on your account. After that, get in touch with your bank. You should get your funds in 10 to 15 days, depending on your bank.
