We have many factories as well as suppliers in the world such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Vietnam, China, Malaysia... Therefore, we are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 150 countries and islands all around the world. It's precious to us when bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to develop to meet the needs of all our customers and provide excellent service beyond all expectations.

We have a Graphic Design Team in Vietnam and a Printing Factory in US, UK, Canada, France, Canada, Mexico, Vietnam, China, Malaysia...

Your order will be generated and manufactured from 2 - 6 business days, followed by 7 - 14 business days of shipment.

ORDER & TRACKING

To make sure every process goes smoothly, all of our orders are made to order. When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation Email confirming your Order and purchase information. In addition, it takes about an hour to prepare your order for production, so if you want to cancel your order or change your order information, please cancel or change your information within 6 hours from the time you place your order. After 6 hours, we regret that we cannot cancel your order or change your order information anymore. When this process is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We'll send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number once your purchase has delivered. Simply click on the supplied link to track your package.

For the first several days after receiving your Shipping Update email, tracking information may not be accessible. Because of package scanning, it will take several days. We assure you that this is typical and will not cause any delays in your delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

The average production time is from 2 to 6 business days, the average shipping time is from 7 to 14 business days.

Note: From November 11 onwards or during large sales, promotions, new product release, the shipping time can be expected to increase due to the high shopping season, so the total delivery time can be increased by 4-5 days. We will try our best to get the order to the customer as quickly as possible.

Our working time: from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Production Time: 2 – 6 business days.

Because each of our items is made-to-order, the manufacturing period will be somewhat longer than usual. Please bear with us!

  • Shipping Time: 7 – 14 business days

At this time, we are unable to ship to military locations in the United States. We regret in advance for any difficulty this may cause.

The following is an estimation of total delivery times. We can only provide an estimate of delivery timeframes due to variables that frequently impact overseas shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays.

SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT NOTE: We NOT take responsibility for package that is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete or incorrect address information.

Therefore, when checking out, please be sure to include the right shipping information. If you discover you've made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@housegifts.store. However, because email has a 72-hour wait list, if your purchase has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is beyond our control.

HOUSE GIFTS is NOT RESPONSIBLE for destination country tax, any duty charge that may incur, any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

If the order arrives in your country and customer refuses to accept the package, or if many efforts to deliver the delivery are made in the destination country. HOUSE GIFTS maintains the right to cancel the package(s) at any time and will not be liable for any refunds.

RETURNS & REFUND

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please cancel within 6 hours from the time you place your order. If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Please contact us with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defective item with your purchase number" and a photograph if your product is damaged or defective so we can look into getting you a replacement immediately.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.

We DO NOT refund shipping costs. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
